Support plans do not include malware removal, and do not include major release upgrades for Joomla! Websites (E.g. Joomla 2.x to Joomla 3.x upgrade). These services are available under separate agreement. Your website may also require upgrade services under separate agreement before Automatic Monthly Updates can be performed. Plugin licensing costs are not included in support plans.
